1-800-TimeClocks offers the original purchaser of computerized time clocks an additional year of warranty in addition to the standard 1-year warranty that provided by the computerized time clock manufacturer. Computerized time clock(s) basic systems are warrantied for One (1) Year on Parts and Labor. The cost of this extended warranty for an additional year of warranty is $75.00 .
If adjustments or repairs are warranted, the purchaser must contact our customer service department detailing the request with information including model, serial number, and a copy of original purchase. Computerized time clock (s) is to be shipped prepaid to our P.O. Box location according to provided instructions. Address of our P.O. Box can be found in the Contact Page. Once we receive the time clock, it will be inspected, repaired as needed, tested, and returned via standard ground shipping to the purchaser.
Warranty is limited to defects in workmanship or material that may impair the equipment's performance. No warranty is given to any damage that is inflicted to the time clock that is not caused by normal usae of the unit; especially damage caused intentionally by an employee or foreign object. No warranty is given for damages caused by external wiring indicating improper connection to power supply or line wiring, or for damages caused by spikes, power surges, brown outs, lightning, static electricity, or radio waves.
