Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or received a defective item you may return it for a refund. To be eligible for a full refund (shipping is non refundable) the item must be unopened in its original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. For items shipped on a date other than the purchase date, 30 days from the ship date will be used instead. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Open box items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Special order products (e.g.: time stamps, dye plates), custom orders, software, and software modules are not eligible for refunds but may qualify for an exchange.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10-14 business days after you have submitted your return information online or by phone. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return and inspect the contents of the order being returned (2-6 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
Most items in our store are in stock and ready to ship. To expedite order(s), items may ship directly from manufactuer and our facilty. Seperating shipments does not result in an addtional shipment fee. If an item is unavailable or out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you to suggest an alternative item or provide information on when the item is expected to ship.
Free ground shipping is available within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) on order(s) $100 or more. All other expedited shipping methods or international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When shipping with UPS or Fed Ex be sure to include a physical address, UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box. When shipping to international destinations an additional fee may apply based on the carrier selected and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for any import, customs or duty fees assesed by their government. If an order is subject to the additional shipping fee, a representative will contact you to process payment and confirm the order(s).
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note that any order(s) placed after 1:00 p.m. (PST) will be processed the next business day. Any order(s) placed Friday after 1:00 p.m. (PST) or on the weekend, will be processed the following business day.
