The Amano Time Guardian MTX-15 time and attendance system is an easy to use and affordable time keeping solution for small and medium sized businesses.  Time Guardian is time tracking made simple.  Featuring out of the box support for 100 employees, Amano's Time Guardian can easily expand to support an unlimited number of employees, making the system a solid investment that grows with your business.  Employees punch in and out using Amano's proprietary magnetic stripe badges or via the time clock's keypad.  The punches are stored in the MTX-15's memory until retrieved by the software via polling.  The polling process retrieves the punches from the clock and updates employee information on the clock.  Employees can review their hours directly at the clock freeing up valuable human resources personnel time.  Once the punches are in the software, the Time Guardian's rules engine automatically calculates and categorizes employee hours.  It sorts employee punches to display regular, overtime, and double times.  Editing punches and correcting missing punches is easy.  Simply enter the date and time of the punch and save it!

 

Amano's Time Guardian software also includes reports and payroll exporting.  Create employee time card reports in PDF and Excel.  Reports are customizable giving you the flexibility to select the what and how the information is displayed.  Time Guardian's direct integration with QuickBooks makes processing and preparing payroll even easier.  For businesses who use QuickBooks, Time Guardian can automatically transfer employee work hours with the click of a button.  This saves valuable time, money and eliminates human error associated with manually entering hours.
